Russ joined Tideline in the summer of 2025 after a distinguished twenty year career in the United States Air Force. He retired as an E-7 with over 3,000 flying hours as a C-17 Loadmaster. He came to Tideline with a background in operations and people management, making Client Service an obvious fit. He is responsible not only for processing tax returns, but optimizing internal procedures, reporting and analysis, and supporting our primary mission: to ensure our client’s financial stability and growth. When he’s not behind the computer or on the phone, he can be found with his wife and their three children, or on a boat inshore fishing—preferably both.
