Nicole is a Client Service Specialist who values building relationships and creating a positive experience for every client. She believes that exceptional client service comes from being approachable, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

Originally from the Boston area, Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dean College in Massachusetts. She spent 16 years working in her family’s business, where she gained extensive experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and day-to-day business operations. During that time, she became a trusted resource for customers by providing personalized service.

After relocating to South Carolina with her family in 2019, Nicole continued supporting business owners in remote roles, providing accounts payable and administrative assistance. She joined Team Tideline in early 2026 where she enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
